What affects the price
Why two identical-sounding jobs can differ
- Size of the property. A two-bedroom apartment and a five-bedroom villa need different quantities of product and different amounts of time. Both are priced on the published scale.
- How established the infestation is. A cockroach problem caught in week one is one visit. One that has been building for a year is three, plus monitoring.
- Access. Nests above four metres need a tower or a platform. Sealed voids may need a small opening formed and made good.
- Whether neighbours are involved. In apartment blocks, treating one unit alone often fails. We will tell you honestly when that is the case rather than take the booking.
- Proofing works. Rodent treatment includes a proofing report; carrying out the proofing itself is quoted separately because materials vary enormously.
How to pay
Residential work is paid on completion by card, bank transfer or cash. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly or quarterly on 30-day terms. Annual plans can be paid in four quarterly instalments at no extra cost. A VAT receipt is issued for every payment.

Standard appointments are usually available within 24–48 hours. Emergencies, wasp nests near entrances, rodents in a kitchen, a stinging incident: are attended the same day, and we run a 24/7 call-out line for Malta and Gozo.
Most residential treatments start between €65 and €180 depending on the pest and the size of the property, and all prices on this site include VAT at 18%. You can see the full price list on our Prices page and book online at a fixed quoted price, no surprises on the day.
Yes. Single treatments carry a 30-day guarantee, multi-visit programmes carry a 90-day guarantee and annual plans are covered for the full term. If the pest returns inside the guarantee period we come back and re-treat at no charge.
Yes. We run scheduled Gozo days each week for planned work, and cross for emergencies at any time. The ferry surcharge is shown before you confirm.
On completion, by card, bank transfer or cash. Commercial contracts are invoiced on 30-day terms. You get a VAT receipt either way.
