Every bait station, monitor and insect light trap mapped and numbered, so an auditor can walk the site with the file in hand and find each one.
Trend analysis, not just visit sheets
Catch counts and activity plotted over time with root cause analysis and corrective actions. This is what separates a passing audit from a non-conformance.
Product authorisations and safety data
Every product used on site, with its authorisation status, safety data sheet and application record, kept current automatically.
Technician licences on file
Current certification for every technician who attends your site, with insurance certificates and method statements.
Response times in writing
Contracted response times (four hours for food premises emergencies) with escalation contacts that reach a human.
Audit attendance included
We attend BRCGS, IFS, ISO 22000 and Environmental Health inspections with you at no extra charge, and answer the pest control questions ourselves.
Contract levels
Three levels of cover
Every contract starts with a free site survey and a written risk assessment. The monthly figure is fixed for the term. There is no per-call-out charge for anything covered in the agreement.
Not everything needs a contract. Wasp nest removal, bird proofing, fumigation, a single cockroach clearance before reopening or a pre-purchase survey can all be quoted as one-off jobs, see the full price list or call us for a same-day quotation.

Commercial FAQs
Most residential treatments start between €65 and €180 depending on the pest and the size of the property, and all prices on this site include VAT at 18%. You can see the full price list on our Prices page and book online at a fixed quoted price, no surprises on the day.
Yes. Single treatments carry a 30-day guarantee, multi-visit programmes carry a 90-day guarantee and annual plans are covered for the full term. If the pest returns inside the guarantee period we come back and re-treat at no charge.
Every commercial contract includes a HACCP-ready pest control file: site plan with numbered bait points, product authorisations and safety data sheets, technician licences, trend analysis and signed visit reports. Clients on our commercial plans get the file online and can hand an auditor a login.
Yes. We schedule around service (early mornings, late nights or closing days) and use methods that do not require the area to be sealed off where possible. Out-of-hours work is planned in advance so there is no disruption to guests.
On completion, by card, bank transfer or cash. Commercial contracts are invoiced on 30-day terms. You get a VAT receipt either way.
Yes. Licence and insurance details are printed on every quotation, and we will send them to your insurer or auditor on request.
