A site plan with numbered points
Every bait station, monitor and insect light trap mapped and numbered, so an auditor can walk the site with the file in hand and find each one.
Contracts built around your risk assessment, technicians who work around your trading hours, and a documentation file that is ready before the auditor asks for it.
One cockroach seen by a customer, one rodent dropping found by an inspector, one photograph posted online. The cost of the treatment is never the cost of the problem.
Commercial pest management is about making sure the sighting does not happen in the first place, which means monitoring everywhere the pest would arrive, recording what you find, and acting on a trend before it becomes an incident.
Anyone can put down bait stations. What an auditor actually examines is the paperwork behind them.
Every bait station, monitor and insect light trap mapped and numbered, so an auditor can walk the site with the file in hand and find each one.
Catch counts and activity plotted over time with root cause analysis and corrective actions. This is what separates a passing audit from a non-conformance.
Every product used on site, with its authorisation status, safety data sheet and application record, kept current automatically.
Current certification for every technician who attends your site, with insurance certificates and method statements.
Contracted response times (four hours for food premises emergencies) with escalation contacts that reach a human.
We attend BRCGS, IFS, ISO 22000 and Environmental Health inspections with you at no extra charge, and answer the pest control questions ourselves.
Every contract starts with a free site survey and a written risk assessment. The monthly figure is fixed for the term. There is no per-call-out charge for anything covered in the agreement.
