For most treatments, no. If a spray is needed, people and pets stay out for 2–4 hours. Your technician will give you the exact time in writing.

Yes. We use authorised products, place baits and gels out of reach, and use locked bait stations. Safety data sheets are left after every visit.

Empty the kitchen and bathroom cupboards, clean grease from behind the cooker and fridge, and seal open food. Tell us if you have a fish tank. Do not spray anything yourself for two weeks afterwards, as it stops the bait working.

With steam or heat, targeted insecticide and mattress encasements. Most cases need two or three visits, 10–14 days apart.

We work with local beekeepers to collect and rehome honey bees. Wasps and hornets are treated and removed.

Usually within 24–48 hours. Emergencies, such as a wasp nest by a door or rodents in a kitchen, are prioritised.

Yes. Planned visits to Gozo run on set days each week, and we cross for emergencies at any time.

It depends on the pest and the size of the property. Prices include VAT, and we confirm the price before any work starts.

Yes. 30 days on single treatments and 90 days on programmes. If the pest comes back in that time, we re-treat for free.

By card, bank transfer or cash when the work is done. Businesses are invoiced on 30-day terms.

Yes. Commercial clients get a HACCP-ready file with a site plan, product data sheets, technician licences and signed visit reports.

Yes. We schedule visits early in the morning, late at night or on closing days.
