Find the cause, not just the pest
A dead cockroach on a floor tells you nothing about where it came from. We spend the time on the survey because that is where a lasting result comes from.
We have been treating homes, restaurants, hotels, factories and farms across Malta and Gozo since 2007, and we still measure success the same way: the pest is gone, and it stays gone.
The company began in 2007 with one technician, one van and a straightforward frustration: too many pest control jobs in Malta were being done by spraying something visible and hoping. Customers were paying three times for the same cockroach problem because nobody had looked behind the fridge, checked the drain gully or asked what the neighbouring flat was doing.
Eighteen years later the fundamentals have not changed. What has changed is the scale, a full field team, a technical manager who reviews every commercial file, a fleet covering the islands daily, and a documentation system that satisfies BRCGS auditors and worried parents equally.
We are still a Maltese company working in Maltese buildings. That matters more than it sounds. Limestone construction, shared cesspits, rubble walls, roof cisterns, shutter boxes, valley beds behind housing estates, palm-lined streets: the local building stock creates specific pest problems, and knowing them is most of the job.
If a customer books us twice for the same pest in the same year, something in our method failed. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is why the guarantee exists.

Exclusion, sanitation and monitoring first. Chemistry last, targeted, and only where it is genuinely needed, which is what Integrated Pest Management actually means.
The figure on our website is the figure on your invoice. No call-out charge added at the door, no “additional product” invented halfway through a treatment.
What we found, what we used, what you need to do, and when we are coming back. Every visit, residential and commercial alike.
Re-entry times, safety data sheets and a walk-through before we leave. If you have children, pets, fish tanks or someone with a respiratory condition, that shapes the treatment plan.
A two-hour slot means a two-hour slot. If a technician is delayed on a previous job you get a call, not silence.
Ask any pest control company for these before you let them into your home. A company that hesitates is telling you something.
Every technician holds current certification for the professional application of plant protection and biocidal products in Malta.
Documentation built for food safety audits: BRCGS, IFS, ISO 22000 and local Environmental Health inspections.
Public and product liability cover for residential, commercial and industrial work.
We follow the EU Sustainable Use Directive: inspect, exclude and monitor first, apply the minimum effective product last.
Company registration C 00000 · VAT number MT 1234-5678 · Pest control operator licence PCO/MT/0000. Certificates of insurance and technician licences are available on request and are included with every commercial quotation.
Uniformed, identifiable, licensed, and briefed on your job before they arrive. Unmarked vehicles are available on request for hotels, clinics and anyone who would rather not advertise the visit.

“German cockroaches through the whole block in Gżira. Two visits and the monitoring traps stayed empty after that. He walked me through every product he used and left the safety sheets on the counter, which nobody had done before.”
“Fair price, turned up when they said, no mess. Would use again.”
“Good work and the reporting portal is genuinely useful across 40 units. Scheduling was hit and miss in the first couple of months and I had to chase twice, though it has settled down since they gave us a named contact.”
“We passed the food safety audit again this year. Honestly the logbook is the reason, the inspector asked for the trend analysis and it was already printed. Monthly rodent checks have been consistent for four years now.”
“Bed bugs in three apartments in August, which is the worst possible timing for us. They worked at night around the check-ins and issued a written clearance before we put the rooms back on sale.”
“Lost two palms to the weevil before I called anyone, which was my own fault for ignoring it. The other six are still standing three years on. Quarterly inspections, and they tell me straight if a tree is not worth saving.”
“Wasp nest right over the kids bedroom window, on a Sunday. Someone was here in about an hour and a half. No drama.”
“Thorough survey, clear report, priced exactly what they quoted.”
Tell us what you have found and where. If it is something we can solve over the phone in two minutes, we will, and if it needs a technician, you will get a fixed price before anyone starts.
